Explore the Langtang region on our Heli-trek, which offers a unique opportunity to explore the Langtang region in a short time. You are flown on a chartered helicopter directly to the settlement of Ghora Tabala, the beginning point for your trek to Langtang village.

Itinerary

Day 01: Fly on a chartered helicopter directly to Ghora Tabala, the beginning point for your trek to Langtang village. A day of trekking to Kyanjin village follows; yak pastures and quaint villages can be encountered en route. Kyanjin Gompa or Cherko Ri (5000 m) makes for a great vantage point for sweeping views of the Langtang valley and Himalayan Peaks. A government-operated cheese factory also makes for an insightful and fascinating look into the local people of Langtang’s culture and lifestyle. On the third day, a helicopter flies you back to Kathmandu from Kyanjin.

Am I too young or old?
From 3 years old to some in their 70s, most of our clients have done and completed their treks with almost no exercise or training.

Do you offer hotel/airport pick-up?
We offer hotel and airport pick-up. As you continue with your booking, there will be an option to input flight details or hotel name.

Do I need a visa?
A visa for Nepal can be acquired on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, and at border entry points in Kakadvitta, Birgunj, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, or Gaddachowki on the Nepal-India border and Kerung on the Nepal-China border. Outside of Nepal, A visa can also be obtained at the nearest Nepal Embassy or Diplomatic Mission.
