01Day 01 Meet up at the set venue and transfer to the retreat.

Orientation from 10.30am. Lunch at noon. Philosophy class from 2 pm - 3.30 pm. 4 pm to 5.30pm yoga practice. 6.30pm dinner.

Early morning yoga followed by breakfast. Philosophy class for an hour from 9.30am to 10.30am. Free from 10.30 until 12 pm.
Noon to 2 pm lunch break. 2-3 p.m meditation. 4-5.30pm Yoga class. 5.30-6.30pm free to freshen up. Dinner from 6.30 onwards.

Early morning yoga followed by breakfast. Meditation from 9am-10am, and check out by 11 am.
