Rumtse to Tsomoriri Lake Trekking route is on the Changthang Plateau which is a continuation of the Tibetan Plateau. This area is also known as the Rupshu valley. This region is also known as the Land of the Nomads where you will get to observe their traditional lifestyle. The landscape is home to many endangered wildlife such as snow leopards, wild asses, and black neck cranes.
