Online Booking
A non refundable deposit (alternatively you can pay full amount) of $500 per person will be charged whilst booking your trip.
Balance Payment of the tour cost is due 60 days before departure. If booking less than 60 days before departure, the full amount is to be paid at time of booking.
If you fail to pay by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain your deposit.
Payments can be made by Bank wire transfer or by credit card (not online payment due to security measure and lack of cyber laws in Nepal).Please find the procedure for each process as given below. Bank charges or 4% charged by the credit card processing company must be added on top of our printed price, as these costs are not added on our prices.
